Comments: The Parachute Adams is a basic dry fly that will produce in almost any situation when fish are feeding on top. Size and color can be modified to the match the hatch and the fly is fished in the normal dry fly mode; dead drift. I usually grease my tippet and tie in a short piece of fluorocarbon between the tippet and the fly. The fluorocarbon isn’t enough to sink the fly, but adds camo to fool most fish.
